Social Life has been working with all the regeneration partners - Notting Hill Genesis, Hackney Council, WDCO, Manor House Development Trust and the Woodberry Down Community Association - on Woodberry Down Estate in Hackney. This is one of London's largest estate regeneration schemes.
We have carried out research to explore everyday life on Woodberry Down and how residents feel about regeneration and change. From this we have created a social impact measurement framework that will help understand and assess the impact of the redevelopment over the next 15 years on the people living in the area.
