We have gone back to South Acton for the fourth time to carry out a further social sustainability assesssment of the regeneration - commissioned by Acton Gardens LLP a partnership between L&Q and Countryside.
This repeats the approach we have taken in our previous three assessments in 2020, 2017 and 2014. We are building a unique picture of residents lives over time, as they navigate the changes of rebuilding alongside the impacts of the pandemic and the cost of living crisis.
