Social Life worked with Danish housing association Lejerbo to explore how the DGNB certification system - a sustainability framework widely used in northern Europe - could be strengthened to include a bigger emphasis on social sustainability.
Lejerbo is a nonprofit social housing association that rents out approximately 44.000 residences all over Denmark.
DGNB is the German Sustainable Building Council.
