We are working with Downham Dividend Society CLT, Sevenfields PCN and the public health team at Lewisham Council to support a team of commuity health champions for Downham, South Catford and Grove Park.
We will be looking at what gets in the way of good health in the area, and what can be done to help people take action to improve their own health. We will be running events and workshops and listening to residents, to make plans for better services and ways of working that support everyone to be healthy.
