We have been commissioned by the GLA and London Councils to speak to people involved in winter programmes across London in 2022. We are talking to boroughs and the third sector, as well as other stakeholders, about their experiences of providing warm spaces, advice and other supports for Londoners during a difficult time.
We will be evaluting how the programmes worked, finding out what different organisations learnt, and what they will take forward into thier work in the coming winter.
