We are working with Sevenfields PCN and Downham Dividend Society CLT to explore whether there is potential for a new Healthy Living Centre in Downham and south Catford - the area covered by Sevenfields PCN.
We are looking at different sites and working out what provision would boost wellbeing and tackle health inequalities, and build on the current assets in the area.
