Social Life was asked by the Swan Housing Group to carry out a socio-economic baseline study of the Craylands Estate to help Swan shape its future community investment work.
Craylands Estate, in the Fryerns ward, located to the east of Basildon town centre, was first built in the 1960s. Our research, over summer 2017, looked at the strengths and assets in the community as well as what needs to change.
